Basic Green 4 or Malachite (MG) is an important dye that found great usage in controlling fish pathogens. The use of MG has been banned but developing, and third-world countries still applications for this dye. Bioremediation dyes using microorganisms on the rise. ability to accurately predict rate bioremediation relies upon gathering accurate decolourisation, which often inhibited at high concentrations toxicant. Various secondary models such as Monod, Haldane, Teissier, Aiba, Yano Koga, Hans-Levenspiel, Webb Luong were utilized fit specific decolourisation rate, most them show visually acceptable fitting except Monod Teissier. best model based statistical analysis was Hans-Levenspiel with highest value adjusted coefficient determination lowest values RMSE, AICc, HQC BIC closest 1.0 accuracy bias factors. conform normality tests adequate be used experimental data. carried out Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Wilks-Shapiro D'Agostino-Pearson omnibus K2 test shows pass p >0.05 all out. data obtained indicates toxic slows down higher concentrations. maximum biodegradation (qmax), half-saturation concentration (KS), allowable (Sm), shape factors (n m) 0.136 h-1, 0.56 mg/L, 2691 -33.31 35.12, respectively. parameters from exercise can future.
